The owner of the company Derek, came to our home soon after we contacted the company for an audit. He seemed to do a very thorough evaluation in all parts of the house. This was followed by another visit by him presenting a folder with the results of his findings and suggestions for work needed done. We agreed to have the work done and shortly thereafter set up a date for a week of work to be done. Three or four workers arrived promptly on the day agreed upon, explained what they would be doing and worked diligently in the heat in the upper crawl space to seal ducts and install loose insulation. After 2-3 days they began work under the house in a very narrow crawlspace to install a vapor barrier, dehumidifier, install additional insulation where needed and insulate the entry door. Another several hundred dollars of extra insulation was needed, which we agreed could be purchased at additional cost to us.
